One of the highlights of MSN’s year is the annual certificate presentation ceremony of Educational Scholarships – and 2023 didn’t disappoint!
More than 40 students from 10 Hunter Region high schools and vocational institutions were awarded their certificates before a large audience at Newcastle Harness Racing Club in early May.
Chair of MSN, Judy Hart, said the 2023 scholarship group comprised 38 students from local high schools and four from vocational institutions, some having a refugee background.

“We are very fortunate to have great sponsors and supporters which enables MSN to provide scholarships to assist high school and other students who require a helping hand in their studies and education activities,” said Judy.
MSN thanked its sponsors and supporters by presenting individual certificates as part of the May ceremony.
One of those supporters was AJM Photography who, once again, photographed the event and supplied imagery for MSN to use across its website.
